10:00am - 1:30pm (with lunch break) -- Beginning cheese making with Lady Marian Wollenschlager
   *A brief overview of the basics of cheese making with a hand out of resources and an easy
     recipe. I will bring my utensils and books to peruse. There will be samples. Time permitting
     we will create a fresh cheese (queso blanco or paneer made with vinegar or citric acid.

1:30pm - 2:30pm -- Period Non-Alcoholic Beverages with Lady Lsabella


Tech Classroom:
9:30am - 10:30am -- Wooden Spoon Making

10:30am - 12:00pm -- Period Camp Cooking with HL Alissende de Montfaucon
   *Camp cooking can be a journey from fast food to period recipes created in as authentic manner as
     possible, and everything between.  If you are interested in moving tword more period camp cooking,
     we will discuss resources and tips that can help. I'll share my experiences over the years with some
     examples of what has worked, and areas that are still a work in progress.

1:30pm - 3:30pm -- Silver Links with Mary of Falcon's Keep
   *Recreate a period chain using fine silver. Class is limited to 4 hands on participants.  Lecture and
     handouts will be available for up to 20 people. Class fee for hand on will be $20.
