  In charge of welcoming and facilitating new participants into the SCA including recruiting, onboarding, and transitioning members from other branches. They are also responsible for Gold Key, which provides loaner garb, and occasionally feast gear and introductory literature, for new members.

  This officer is in charge of heraldic activities, such as the creation and registration of names and arms for the members.

Produces and edits the group's newsletter. The Society Chronicler monitors each of the kingdom and local group's chroniclers.

The newest of the Officers, the Social Media Minister monitors and make announcements on official social media outlets (Facebook, etc) for the local groups, along with maintaining the local group's Calendar.

​ The Shire Webminister creates and maintains the local group's website, the most public face for all of the Society.  They keep it up to date with all current information pertaining to local Society activities.  They also produce graphics and other such content as needed.

Minister of Arts & Sciences: Open
The Minister of Arts & Sciences (MOAS) records and reports to Kingdom the a&s activities and pursuits ongoing in the Shire. They may act as an advocate, may organize activities throughout the year and at events, and act as a resource (knowing who to go to for what activity).
